I’m a Product and Technology Leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling technology organizations across both Fortune 500 enterprises and fast-moving startups.

Throughout my career, I’ve led technology initiatives and organizations that power growth, not by chasing every shiny new tool, but by relentlessly focusing on what delivers real value to customers and the business.


What I Believe

Too many organizations confuse technology spending with technology strategy. They accumulate tools, vendors, and integrations until the stack becomes the problem it was meant to solve.

I take the opposite approach. Maximize the value of every IT dollar. Strip away what doesn’t serve the mission. Focus your team’s energy on the work that creates measurable customer impact … and have the discipline to say no to everything else.

This isn’t about doing less. It’s about doing the right things and doing them well.

  • Cross-industry perspective — Hospitality, financial services, data analytics, and SaaS — each industry taught me something different about what “value” really means to customers.
